Health Performance Task
Goal- The goal is to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to create a food court menu for an amusement park.
Role- Amusement park looking to establish food options for the patrons of their park.
Audience- You will need to demonstrate an understanding of dietary trends, nutritional value, and energy expenditure to the amusement park Board of Directors,
Situation- As an investor of an amusement park startup group, you must have a comprehensive knowledge of increasing profits as well as a knowledge of public relations and nutritional guidelines. You must also know how your food courts can have a positive effect on the amusement parks financial success. Part of your job will be to educate the audience members on how your food options will positively impact their lives.
Product- Prepare a presentation with a maximum of 10 slides using Google Slide for the audience members. Charts, graphs, models, statistics and logos, nutritional information should be shown in order to properly pitch your proposed menu to your target audience. A blueprint of what the menus will look like, as well as a list of the available options.

At least one known chain fast food restaurant with minimum of 10 food and drink options
At least 2 other self created restaurants with minimum of 10 food and drink options
1 food cart/stand with minimum of 10 food and drink options
Typical amusement park food options must be included; ie popcorn, pretzels, cotton candy
All food and drink options need to be labeled with
