Write a detailed autobiography in the context of the concepts we have learned about development. Begin with whatever information you can get about your mothers pregnancy, your delivery, and your infant development. Discuss the cultural/familial context into which you were born; the parenting style you experienced; the presence or absence of siblings, grandparents, and other extended family. Review your schooling experiences, the presence or absence of a spiritual/religious upbringing, and family traditions. Discuss important friendships, developmental milestones, health issues, and any other experiences important to your current status in terms of physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development. Be sure to incorporate at least one major theory of development several times throughout the paper, and demonstrate how your life experiences illustrate that theory. Life Review papers should be approximately 8 pages in length. They must be typed, double-spaced, with 1-inch margins, and 12-point font size. Please use a word-processing program and/or the Writing Center to help you find and correct mistakes of spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
