Why animal testing is unnecessary (classic argumentative style)

Your final paper for the course will be to write a formal MLA DOCUMENTED ESSAY of five to seven pages in Classic Argument Style, using five to seven outside sources to support your thesis.
You may choose the topic of your paper from a list of controversial issues that will be provided in the class. Remember that in an argument paper you must TAKE SIDES on the topic you choose, arguing why your position is the preferable one. In order to present a fair position, you must present one good Counter Argument and show how your position is stronger.
CRITICAL: You must use quotes and paraphrases correctly, and your Works Cited Page must be right.
You may not use arguments of ETHOS (it’s wrong to subject animals to this testing) – you must use arguments of LOGOS (animal testing is ineffective . . .).
