This assignment consists of analyzing the 7-day nutrient report (the attached documents). All nutrients (macros, micros & H2O) should be analyzed, based on the information given in the attached documents.
Your analysis should focus on the following:
a) What are the functions of each nutrient?
b) Did you consume enough or too much of each (deficiencies / excesses)?
c) What are the health benefits of each, as well as the risks to health if too much or too little are consumed?
d) Did you select good sources of each (fried vs baked, simple vs complex carbs, saturated vs unsaturated fats, etc.)?
e) What would be your recommendations/modifications for optimal health benefits? Give specific examples (e.g., if you were lacking Vitamin. D, list sources that would increase your Vitamin D consumption).
