Using a problem solving approach develop a simple marketing plan for Milton Pharma

The purpose of this activity is for you to use the problem-solving approach
to develop a simple marketing plan with refernce to milton pharma (case study attached)

The purpose behind this activity is to show the close relationship between
the marketing plan as used by many organisations and the problem-solving
approach that you have used throughout this module. As you will have seen
so far, the marketing plan is simply a tool used by organisations to assess
the marketing situation that they face, and in the light of that assessment to
propose a marketing strategy that will achieve their objectives. In terms of
the problem-solving approach, therefore, the marketing plan identifies
specific marketing problems, presents an analysis and suggests a solution.
The conclusions in this particular case should be presented in the form of the
strengths and weaknesses of your proposed solutions and should include a
consideration of ethical and/or sustainability issues.
