Current events are a way for students to see how events occurring in the world affect an organization’s human resources and the ability to hire quality individuals.
For this assignment, you will research current issues affecting recruitment and selection. Select an issue of interest and write an 8-10 page research paper describing the issue and how it affects the recruitment and selection for an organization. Your paper should be organized in three sections: 1) summary of the issue, 2) how the issue would affect recruitment and selection, and 3) a recommendation of how an organization could address the issue.
