Instructions /example
Chapter 1: Authors Main Point — The main point reads much like an article abstract, giving the most important “facts” of the text. In this section, you should identify the main point or argument of each chapter. This section should be very brief, a paragraph or two at most. The main point summary uses author tags, such as “In his article, Me to We states,” or “Me to We argues/explains/suggests.”
Chapter 1 Response — In this section of your response, you focus on the passage you identify above in Chapter 1 Authors Main Point, explaining and/or exploring it further.
In a paragraph (no more than one paragraph), reflect on your experiences, attitudes, or observations in relation to the ideas of the text or how the author’s ideas might be interpreted by other readers, how the ideas might be applied, or how they might be misunderstood.
