Part 2

Practice delivering your PowerPoint. Using Loom, record your delivery of the PowerPoint presentation. Refer to the study materials for additional guidance on recording your presentation with Loom. Employ public speaking strategies, including speaking slowly and clearly, making eye contact, using positive body language, and presenting yourself in a professional manner. For the Loom recording, you should stand to complete the presentation as you would in a business environment. You will be assessed on the following:

Content Knowledge: accuracy, the relevance of the information, and evidence cited to support the content information.
Presentation of content: logical order, use of supporting information, unity, coherence, and clear main idea and focus.
Presentation skills, including professional physical appearance and business attire, body language, eye contact, evidence of preparation, clear articulation, and adherence to 3-5 minute length requirement.
Layout: visually pleasing, includes consistent slide elements and the appropriate amount of text on each slide.
Language use and audience awareness: Content and word choice are appropriate for the desired audience.
Mechanics of writing: errors in spelling, punctuation, grammar, and language use.
Documentation of sources: correct citation of research references.
