According to the text book, human resource activities can be divided into several functions (Employment Law and Labor Relations, Recruitment and Selection, Training and Development, Compensation and Benefits, Performance Management, Employee Health & Safety, and Human Resource Strategic Planning). The purpose of this final assignment is so the student can demonstrate their overall knowledge in human resource management in the hospitality industry.
