Tips for Completing the Research, Respond and Reflect Assignment:

Watch vague language. If the phrase or sentence could apply to any or all assessment practices, then it does not show you understand the unique qualifiers for this particular assessment.
Eg. Early childhood assessment.

They are all early childhood assessments. That is why you are studying about them in a course on ECE assessments. Consider stating how it has been developed purposefully for an age or developmental stage.

Eg. Encourage effective teaching and assessment. This is common among all of the assessments. Consider why or how it encourages effective teaching and assessment.

When you are researching the assessment system, you are gathering information about the goals of the tool. That should be covered in the second paragraph.
For the first paragraph you need to find the research behind the assessment system. What makes it reliable and valid? What evidence is there? What research studies were done.
