This is your Final Project due on the last day of class. The syllabus has all of the instructions that you will need for your three (3) page minimum essay. In essence there are two parts to the paper. In each part of the essay I am looking for the items that the syllabus describes. For example in Part 1, describe your overall stress profile. Be sure to include a description of your stressors, your use of time, previous attempts at coping, and any other information acquired during the semester from any of the activities completed as part of the class.
In Part 2: Do not make the mistake and writing 1) and answering the question and then 2) and so forth. It has to be in essay form!
This typed, doubled-spaced, 12-point font paper should be a minimum of 3 typed pages and abide by the following guidelines. Make a copy of this final to keep for yourself, and turn one copy in to your instructor.
Describe your overall stress profile. Be sure to include a description of your stressors, your use of time, previous attempts at coping, and any other information acquired during the semester from any of the activities completed as a part of the class.
1. Pick at least two techniques learned from this course that work for you in managing your various stressors. Describe why each technique is a good fit for your stress profile.
2. Use an example from your own life, by choosing one of your main stressors to apply each technique mentioned above to.
3. Give an example of how you could use these strategies together on a typical day to manage your stress. Make sure you give examples of the typical stressors and obstacles you are likely to encounter and how you would use the strategies to combat the stressors. Be sure to cover a complete 24-hour period.
4. Describe how the long-term integration of these strategies into your daily routine can create a more stress-resistant lifestyle for you.
