Critique a Leading Business Decision Maker

The late Steve Jobs of Apple Computer, Inc. was named CEO of the Decade in 2009. Using the categories (a) high-end consumer, (b) retail environment, (c) innovative gadgets and product/service offerings, and (d) customer service, compose a paper which synthesizes and evaluates the decisions Steve Jobs had to make, what decision traps Steve Jobs fell into or avoided, and what decision processes Steve Jobs might have used to transform the American business model. Each paragraph needs to have a topic header directly related to the categories for the paper. Title page needs to be attached.I have attached a paper for reference for structure.
