You have to write a strategic proposal on the importance of Strategic Management for a successful business expansion based on an actual business that
has gone from brick-and-mortar only, to offer its products and/or services in an online environment and/or in an international environment.
You are free to choose the company you want to.
The strategy document must have two parts:
o Audit: Analyze the business of your choice, its past and present, and how is it currently performing.
o Proposal: Propose your own Strategy for the business, bearing in mind that youre looking for international expansion with the aid of digital means.
You may serve from the different authors, models and theories reviewed in class.
This is an academic report, so make sure to quote relevant publications, such as academic journals and books, to support your arguments. In order to find
relevant publications, you may browse through EBSCO (link is on Moodle) and/or Google Scholar, where youll find access to many academic publications.
Wordcount: From 2000 to 3000 words.
Cover, Table of Contents, References and Appendix are excluded of the total wordcount.
Font: Arial 12,5 pts.
Text alignment: Justified.
The in-text References and the Bibliography have to be in Harvards citation style.
